How to delete your account and all your data
To permanently delete your Rentadia account and all associated data, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Open the Rentadia app on your device
- Tap on the menu icon on the top left
- Tap the “Delete My Account” button
- Read the confirmation message carefully
… tap on Delete My Account
Tap Delete Account to completely erase all your data, including your username and password.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your Rentadia account, the following information is permanently removed:
Rental Property Data:
- All rental unit information
- Property addresses and details
- Unit specifications and features
Financial Records:
- Monthly rent amounts
- Payment history and records
- Expense tracking data
- Financial summaries and reports
Tenant Information:
- Tenant names and contact details
- Email addresses and phone numbers
- Lease start and end dates
- Rental agreements and terms
User Account Data:
- Your email address
- Account preferences and settings
- App usage history
- All stored personal information
Data Retention Policy
Immediate Deletion:
- User account credentials
- Personal profile information
- App settings and preferences
- All rental property data
- Financial records and transactions

- Database records and backups
What We Keep:
- Nothing – All your data is completely removed
- No backups are retained
