We own and directly manage long-term rental units. For years, in order to track tenant payments, leases and manage deadlines we employed spreadsheets and too many documents and folders. Also, many units share utilities contracts and have individual meters. This created the additional complexity of allocating monthly expenses to each tenant. We looked for websites and apps that would help us in managing our business and found none that fit perfectly. So we built Rentadia. We have been using Rentadia for our business and continue to update it regularly as we get feedback from new Landlords and Tenants. Rentadia is wholly owned by Las Olas Apps LLC.
